Miel de Mayo is a speciality floral honey produced on the farms at the Chingo volcano in El Salvador, organic and from local flowers that respect the biodiversity of the land.

This honey is produced in months in which the flavour notes change according to the flower in season aspect that we rescue to design a floral bouquet in each label.
